- experience in cleaning and maintenance of building and equipment is desirable
- background check required
- drug screen required

- Experience in cleaning and maintenance of restaurant buildings and equipment
- ability to work independently
- knowledge of safety and security procedures
- physical ability to perform demanding cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- Work unsupervised during the night
- clean interior restaurant building and equipment
- dismantle, clean, sanitize, and reassemble cooking equipment including broiler, fryers, hood filters
- change grease in fryers
- clean floors, walls, ceiling, windows
- observe and enforce safety and security procedures
- perform maintenance of building and equipment
