- Experience in cleaning and maintenance of building and equipment desirable
- Background check required
- Drug screen required

- Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work independently

- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- Work unsupervised during the night
- Perform major cleaning of interior restaurant building and equipment at the end of the day
- Dismantle, clean, sanitize, and reassemble cooking equipment including broiler, fryers, hood filters
- Change grease in fryers
- Clean floors, walls, ceiling, windows
- Observe and enforce safety and security procedures
