Job Duties
- able to work unsupervised during the night
- major cleaning of interior restaurant building and equipment at the end of the day
- dismantling, cleaning, sanitizing, and reassembling of cooking equipment including broiler, fryers, hood filters
- changing grease in fryers
- cleaning floors, walls, ceiling, windows
- observe and enforce safety and security procedures
