Job Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Ability to lift and carry between 20 and 45 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to lift and carry containers weighing approximately 30-40 pounds repeatedly
- Capability to perform physical activities including pulling cleaning equipment, kneeling, climbing, crawling, bending, standing, and crouching
- Availability to work night shifts from 9:45 PM to 6:15 AM
- Availability to work Sunday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday shifts
- Willingness to work weekends and/or holidays
Job Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Working with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies, for example, using chemicals such as acids, caustics, degreasers, using equipment such as foamers, scrubbers, pressure washers, steam machines, or cleaning stainless steel and conveyors
- Reading and using standards of operations, for example, understanding and using process, procedure, and workflow documentation
- Working with Good Manufacturing Practices, including wearing proper protective equipment, practicing personal hygiene, and adhering to safety practices
- Preparing documentation, such as detailing work or building process flows
- Working with industrial chemicals safely, including reading and interpreting labels, selecting and mixing correct chemicals
- Driving a forklift, performing basic operations such as driving forwards, driving backwards, lifting and lowering booms, and maneuvering in tight areas without damaging product
Job Duties
- Perform various cleaning and organizing duties as assigned
- Maintain all safety standards
- Follow food safety standards
- Perform other production duties assigned by supervisor as needed, such as line operator
- Use cleaning devices and/or chemical agents to sanitize production equipment or environment
- May operate vehicles such as floor scrubber or forklift in execution of duties
- Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
