Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Experience with conveyor belt dishwashing machines and other industrial equipment
- self-starter who works independently with minimal supervision
- ability to work rotating shifts including overnight, holidays, weekends, and overtime
- legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- highly flexible and analytical with proactive teamwork skills
- excellent knowledge of food and hygiene standards
- valid Food Handler Certificate (e.g., ServSafe)
- Food Protection Manager Certification is a plus
- knowledge of airline catering industry is a plus
Job Duties
- Ensuring all customer specifications are met
- complying with all food safety rules and regulations
- meeting all kitchen ready times for assigned flights
- assisting in monitoring employee productivity and providing suggestions for improvement
- understanding and following all policies and procedures
- attending and promoting L-10 meetings
- assisting in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility
- reporting all accidents and injuries promptly
- complying with company safety and risk management policies
- participating in safety meetings, training, and hazard assessments
- providing excellent customer service daily
- maintaining excellent relations with department employees and peers
- ensuring on-time and complete delivery of services
- complying with HACCP and GMP sanitation and food handling policies
- performing other assigned duties
