Job Requirements
- Ability to work night shift
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to maintain GMP standards
- Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work effectively in a team structure
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to be flexible in work assignments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous safety training preferred
- Prior food industry experience a plus
- Familiarity with bakery equipment preferred
- Excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean floors, lights, walls, windows, ceilings, restrooms, break room, wash rack, equipment such as mixers, ovens, hand trucks in various areas of the plant
- Spot paint various areas within the plant
- Communicate with production staff regarding problems and cleaning frequency
- Clean processing and non-processing equipment such as coolers and ovens
- Clean grounds including snow removal, weeds, tree trimming, and policing grounds
- Dismantle machinery
- Discard waste and/or trash
- Resolve insect problems
