Job Requirements
- minimum 12 months retail experience
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours per day
- capability to perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions
- ability to work in wet and cold environments
- flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools such as box cutters and electric pallet jacks

Job Qualifications
- 12+ months retail experience
- extensive knowledge of store support team procedures and policies
- advanced product knowledge
- excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
- proficient in team building and customer relationship management

- proficient mathematical skills for financial performance and inventory management
- demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities
- proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications
Job Duties
- assists with scheduling and supervision of store support team members
- supports store support team leader and associate team leader to ensure smooth operation
- delegates tasks to team members
- trains and develops team members using learning checklists and training materials
- maintains cases and shelves clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated
- resolves difficult customer situations
- ensures breaks are given
- communicates team concerns and attendance issues to leadership
- sets and achieves the highest standards of retail execution
- fosters a positive team environment with mutual respect and morale
- monitors customer flow and directs team members to satisfy customers
- selects, mentors, motivates, and counsels team members
- provides performance evaluations
- communicates and models company vision and goals
