Job Requirements

  • minimum 12 months retail experience
  • ability to lift 50 pounds
  • ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours per day
  • capability to perform bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching motions
  • ability to work in wet and cold environments
  • flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to use tools such as box cutters and electric pallet jacks

Job Qualifications

  • 12+ months retail experience
  • extensive knowledge of store support team procedures and policies
  • advanced product knowledge
  • excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
  • proficient in team building and customer relationship management
  • knowledge of regulatory and safety policies
  • proficient mathematical skills for financial performance and inventory management
  • demonstrated leadership and decision-making abilities
  • proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications

Job Duties

  • assists with scheduling and supervision of store support team members
  • supports store support team leader and associate team leader to ensure smooth operation
  • delegates tasks to team members
  • trains and develops team members using learning checklists and training materials
  • maintains cases and shelves clean, well-stocked, and properly rotated
  • resolves difficult customer situations
  • ensures breaks are given
  • communicates team concerns and attendance issues to leadership
  • sets and achieves the highest standards of retail execution
  • fosters a positive team environment with mutual respect and morale
  • monitors customer flow and directs team members to satisfy customers
  • selects, mentors, motivates, and counsels team members
  • provides performance evaluations
  • communicates and models company vision and goals
