Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferred
- HACCP or PCQI certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in quality control or supervision preferably in food industry
- Ability to work night shifts from 10 pm to 7 am
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership and team management experience
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to participate in audits and training sessions
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of science preferred
- HACCP or PCQI certified preferred
- At least 2 years of work experience as quality technician or supervisor preferably in the food industry
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective decision-making skills
- Adaptability to changing organizational and operational needs
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong team player and leader with cross-functional collaboration skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to handle difficult reporting situations
Job Duties
- Supervise and direct Q C technicians and sanitation employees on their day to day tasks
- Conduct internal audits including plant cleanliness inspections
- Review daily syrup batch records, master sanitation schedule, and quality checks
- Create, revise, and implement sanitation standard operating procedures and quality standard operating procedures
- Update and follow up with all quality control and sanitation verification programs
- Assist in investigating and correcting quality-related issues including customer complaints through collaboration with other departments
- Provide quality and food safety training to employees
- Participate in regulatory, third-party, and customer audits and inspections
- Mentor, train, and evaluate sanitation and quality control technicians to ensure good performance
- Maintain a fair and professional work environment focused on business objectives and work-life balance
- Perform other duties as directed by the Quality Manager
