Job Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing or supervisory experience is required
- Certified Sanitarian or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer preferred
- Knowledge in HACCP, microbiology, sanitation, chemical safety, pest control, and quality systems
- Knowledge of Clean In Place systems
- Understand and comply with government regulations relating to OSHA, FDA, USDA, and EPA
- Strong leadership, technical, communication and interpersonal skills required along with attention to detail
- Knowledge of quality or production systems, procedures, and policies
- Ability to handle multiple assignments, develop work plans, and prioritize
- High trust individual, who works well independently with minimal oversight
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Participate in Kraft Heinz Management System yearly audit and assist in developing procedures and corrective actions
- Maintain and develop cleaning standards by equipment-Sanitation Sequencing
- Manage and oversee Clean in Place system
- Analyze data and trends and develop actions based on data
- Lead implementation of KHMS system and operational standards to achieve targeted Results Clean Records (RCR)
- Provide leadership and training for production personnel in sanitation schedules
- Serve as technical liaison between factory personnel, sanitation chemical supplier, headquarters Quality Assurance, and third-party sanitation providers
- Create and maintain a safe working environment adhering to chemical safety procedures and MSDS
- Organize structured chemical storage and sanitation supply area
- Review and improve Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program annually
- Ensure compliance with Global Cleaning and Sanitation Manual and related standards
- Manage internal Cleaning and Sanitation Audit Program for compliance
- Initiate cleaning verification and validation programs
- Partner with business leaders on process improvement initiatives including Six Sigma, Lean, and HGPS
- Manage and evaluate sanitation staff including performance management and development
- Develop and manage department operating budget
- Perform other assigned duties as needed
