Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous industrial cleaning experience preferred
- Food processing or manufacturing experience preferred
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning processes and sanitation equipment
- Training in safety protocols such as blood borne pathogens, confined space, lock out systems, and chemical management preferred
- Ability to work safely around moving equipment
- Willingness to attend specialized training
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Must follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Must complete special project tasks and other duties assigned by supervisor
Job Qualifications
- Have or able to obtain Scissor Lift License
- Basic computer skills
- High initiative and self-motivation
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good work attendance and safety records
- Knowledge of food safety and product purity procedures
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to organize and prioritize cleaning activities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift 40 pounds

Job Duties
- Cleaning areas assigned by the Master Sanitation System or supervisor
- Clean and sanitize line equipment and environmental areas
- Work in various environments including hot, cold, wet, dry, and at different heights
- Lift up to 40 pounds safely
- Operate high-pressure washing equipment
- Learn and follow the production schedule and communicate with mixers
- Complete weekly Master Sanitation System tasks and daily sampling for lab testing
