Job Requirements

- ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
- must adhere to safety and security protocols
- physical capability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- willingness to follow directions and work as part of a team
- must comply with all plant rules and regulations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- strong attention to detail
- ability to follow detailed instructions
- good physical stamina for performing cleaning tasks
- familiarity with safety protocols in an industrial environment
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- basic knowledge of sanitation and cleaning equipment
Job Duties
- perform cleaning duties for offices, labs, control rooms, kitchens, restrooms, stairs, exterior break areas, locker rooms, cafeterias, phone rooms, hallways, entrance vestibules, mail room, conference rooms, and special assignment areas
- clean kitchen/kitchenette refrigerators, coffee makers, and microwaves
- use vacuuming, scrubbing, wiping, dusting, mopping, sweeping, stripping, waxing, emptying trash, power washing, and organizing methods
- manage stocking of plant water, sanitation supplies, kitchen/kitchenette supplies, and inventory control cage
- follow directions from Shift Advisor for additional tasks
- comply with all fire, safety, security, and plant regulations
