Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of management experience in a fast-paced production environment
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of sanitation regulations and food safety standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure

Job Duties
- Lead and organize a high-performing team to ensure on-time and accurate production
- Run daily huddles to keep everyone focused and energized
- Maintain safety, sanitation, and food quality compliance with regulatory agencies (FDA, USDA, OSHA, HACCP)
- Optimize staffing and schedules to hit productivity and cost goals
- Manage equipment inventory, maintenance, and sanitation programs to ensure efficiency
- Implement innovative solutions to improve workflow and reduce waste
- Ensure every flight is catered accurately and on schedule
- Jump in on special projects and company initiatives to make an impact
- Motivate, coach, and develop your team while living our company values
