Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, or crawl for long periods
- Capability to work in cold and loud environments
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds
- Willingness to adhere to safety and food safety training
- Must pass drug, alcohol, and background checks
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a meat processing plant or similar manufacturing setting preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and/or crawl for extended periods
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures with frequent exposure to moving machinery, hot water, and slippery floors
- Ability to perform repetitive motion work such as hand scrubbing and running a hose
- Ability to work with multiple chemicals with proper training and personal protective equipment
Job Duties
- Cleaning and sanitizing production areas
- Complete mandatory safety training as outlined for the job assignment
- Complete mandatory food safety/GMP training as outlined for the job assignment
- Work hands on at high speed and lift over 50 pounds
- Perform various cleaning and sanitation tasks including scrubbing walls, floors, tables, hallways with little supervision
