Job Requirements
- Some industrial sanitation experience is helpful
- High school diploma or GED is a plus
- Ability to read labels and safety instructions on cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work with industrial cleaning chemicals with safety training and PPE provided
- Excellent attendance
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Ability to perform fast-paced manual labor including standing and walking for 8-10+ hours per day
- Capability of constant bending, reaching, twisting, pulling, pushing, repetitive wrist and hand motion
- Frequent overhead reaching
- Frequent lifting and carrying of 20 pounds, possible lifting up to 50 pounds
- Kneeling, crouching, crawling as needed
- Ability to climb stairs, step stools, step ladders
- Ability to work at heights on scissors lift
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work in cooler temperatures on frozen lines
- Adherence to dress code requiring PPE, hairnets, beard nets, uniforms, and slip-resistant footwear
- No watches, jewelry, piercings, false fingernails or nail polish permitted
- Must be drug-free and able to pass pre-employment drug test
- Must participate in E-Verify program

Job Duties
- Washing and sanitizing all food-contact surfaces including soaping, wiping, scraping, rinsing
- Using power hose and air hose to remove debris and rinse
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Operating floor scrubber equipment
- Using ladders and scissors lifts to clean at heights
- Thoroughly cleaning facilities including windows, walls, ceilings, and fixtures
