Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in sanitation or cleaning roles preferred
- Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Availability to work assigned shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience cleaning food manufacturing or industrial facilities preferred
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning equipment and chemical safety
- Strong integrity reliability and work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communicator and strong listener
- Preferred bilingual in English and Spanish
- Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in and support the team
- Tech-savvy or comfortable learning basic tech tools
Job Duties
- Deep clean restrooms including sinks toilets mirrors floors walls and hygiene boxes
- Operate commercial floor cleaning equipment and mop tight or high-traffic areas
- Clean specific facility zones based on production schedules to minimize disruptions
- Perform deep cleans of workspaces equipment and prep areas as assigned
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols including proper use of cleaning products and PPE
- Take initiative identifying and addressing areas needing attention without waiting for instruction
- Uphold team values showing maturity and respect in every interaction
