Job Requirements

at least 18 years of age
ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
ability to stand or stoop for prolonged periods
effective communication skills in English
comfort working in a warm environment
willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in sanitation or food production is a plus
ability to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures
strong communication skills in English
ability to work independently and as part of a team
basic mechanical aptitude for handling machinery
willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

ensure high quality sanitation standards
disassemble and assemble equipment for proper cleaning
set up line equipment prior to production run
safely operate cleaning equipment such as rack washers, power washers, steamers, washer extractors, and dryers
follow Food Safety and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and Food Quality Plans
maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area
report any sanitation or safety issues to supervisors
