Job Duties
- prepare each shift with focus on cleanliness and organization
- follow daily opening and closing checklists diligently
- ensure dining areas, restrooms, and common spaces are clean and safe
- adhere to sanitation procedures while keeping silverware and glassware stocked and polished
- collaborate with team members and managers to ensure efficient workflow
- help keep the bar and beverage stations fully stocked and prepared for service
- greet guests with enthusiasm and contribute to a pleasant dining experience
