Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift, push/pull up to 50lbs, stack/unstack or carry, stand and/or stoop for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Comfortable in a warm working environment
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Experience with cleaning equipment preferred but not required
- Basic understanding of sanitation processes in food production
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures
Job Duties
- Ensure high quality sanitation standards
- Efficiently disassemble and assemble equipment for proper cleaning
- Set up line equipment prior to production run
- Safely operate cleaning equipment including rack washers, power washers, steamers, washer extractors and dryers
- Follow Food Safety and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP) and Food Quality Plans
