The Sanitation Associate position is a vital role within the Patient Services department at a reputable medical facility located at CN Hospital (Main Campus), 111 Michigan Avenue NW, Washington, District of Columbia. Job Requirements

  • at least 6 months of experience
  • ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen customer service areas and dining room
  • restock service area with trays and other items
  • operate and maintain sanitation of dishwashing machine and conveyor belt
  • wash sanitize and store cooking pots pans and serving equipment
  • follow directions for proper use of cleaning supplies
  • remove trash and clean garbage receptacles
  • clean sweep mop debris off floors shelving and walls
  • maintain department hospital and regulatory agency standards
  • complete and document quality controls and communicate issues to management
  • maintain professional image by adhering to uniform guidelines
  • comply with departmental policies and procedures
