Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen customer service areas and dining room
- restock service area with trays and other items
- operate and maintain sanitation of dishwashing machine and conveyor belt
- wash sanitize and store cooking pots pans and serving equipment
- follow directions for proper use of cleaning supplies
- remove trash and clean garbage receptacles
- clean sweep mop debris off floors shelving and walls
- maintain department hospital and regulatory agency standards
- complete and document quality controls and communicate issues to management
- maintain professional image by adhering to uniform guidelines
- comply with departmental policies and procedures
