Job Duties
- Inspect equipment for conformity to federal and state sanitation laws
- perform cleaning of equipment and inspection of all working parts
- clean work areas to avoid damage and destruction
- inspect the premises for unsanitary practices and conditions
- escalate sanitation concerns to management and production personnel
- adhere to equipment, plant layout, lighting, or work practice changes to improve sanitation
- operate lifting equipment such as IE boom lift, scissor lift, and forklift for overhead cleaning
