Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Advanced computer literacy
- Ability to perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching and crawling
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work in variable temperature conditions and food manufacturing warehouse environment
- Unrestricted visual and audio abilities required for safety

Job Duties
- Inspect equipment for conformity to federal and state sanitation laws
- Perform cleaning of equipment and inspection of all working parts to ensure readiness for production use
- Clean work areas carefully to avoid damage to facility
- Inspect premises for unsanitary practices and conditions and escalate concerns to management
- Adhere to changes in equipment, plant layout, lighting or work practices to improve sanitation standards
- Operate lifting equipment such as IE Boom lifts, scissor lifts, and forklifts for overhead cleaning
- Serve as backup to Lead to ensure all food safety and quality objectives are met
