Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sanitation or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work full time including overtime
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs unaided
- Ability to work in cold temperatures
- Willingness to follow safety and GMP rules
- Ability to wear PPE as required
- Good attendance and punctuality
Job Qualifications
- Ability to follow sanitation standard operating procedures
- Knowledge of GMP rules
- Ability to work in a cold production environment
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs unaided
- Experience in maintaining sanitary work areas
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment for the duration of production
- Basic knowledge of lock out and tag out procedures
Job Duties
- Keeps floors clean and sanitized (pick up trash and debris etc.)
- Wash all utensils like trays, spatulas and loggers and more
- Maintain sanitary work area and follow sanitary work habits
- Work hours as needed including overtime
- Meet time and attendance requirements
- Follow instructions from leads and supervisors
- After being properly trained the employee responsibilities will also include properly and safely clean the equipment
- Following SSOP’s for each of the machine
