Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- No prior experience or training necessary
- Reliable transportation or reliable use of public transportation
- Must have or obtain a current Food Handlers Permit within 30 days
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and engage each guest
- Assist guests in the selection process
- Enter orders into the point of sale (POS) system, collect payment and provide correct change
- Interact with guests and ensure proper sequence of service is followed
- Have detailed knowledge of the Melty menu
- Understand basic cooking and serving procedures, read and follow recipes
- Measure and assemble ingredients to create melt sandwiches, sauces, sides, and desserts
- Embrace and promote Melty Principles
- Exhibit job and product knowledge to support all functions at Melty restaurant
