Job Requirements

  • Experience working in a kosher kitchen or kosher food establishment
  • Strong understanding of kosher guidelines, food prep, and hygiene
  • Ability to independently manage a station with responsibility and confidence
  • Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on tasks
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and specialty items according to established recipes
  • Maintain strict kosher standards at all times
  • Oversee daily setup, breakdown, cleaning, and organization of the sandwich bar
  • Manage inventory levels, communicate low-stock items, and minimize waste
  • Deliver excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service
  • Train or supervise additional staff as needed
  • Ensure compliance with DOH guidelines and food safety procedures
  • Work effectively during peak hours and maintain consistent quality
  • Follow management checklists and station protocols
