Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash and POS systems accurately
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be dependable and show strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Basic math and money handling skills
- Ability to operate a Point-Of-Sale system
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Entrepreneurial spirit and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Fast, friendly, and efficient customer service to every customer whether online, on the phone, or in person
- Accurate money and inventory controls including running a Point-Of-Sale system
- Keeping a clean store including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
- Opening or closing the location for the business day
- Ability to take direction from the actively engaged franchisee, Store Director, and Shift Supervisors
- Tipped positions
- Frequent customer service bonuses
