- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and 30 pounds occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant experience in retail, convenience, or food service industry preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to operate Point of Sale systems
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate instructions and work in a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethics
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet each customer with a friendly smile and provide prompt courteous service
- Prepare food as requested following recipes and portion controls
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards including cleaning spills, sanitizing utensils, and keeping food at proper temperatures
- Operate computerized Point of Sale system to record orders and handle payments
- Assist other employees with overall operation, cleanliness, food preparation, and cash control
- Complete shift paperwork including inventory and waste reporting
- Uphold company policies on appearance, safety, and customer service
- Maximize sales by upselling additional products or upgrades
- Monitor and restock food prep areas to ensure supply throughout shift
