Job Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in retail, convenience, or food service industry preferred

  • Ability to operate Point of Sale systems

  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet each customer with a friendly smile and provide prompt courteous service
  • Prepare food as requested following recipes and portion controls
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards including cleaning spills, sanitizing utensils, and keeping food at proper temperatures
  • Operate computerized Point of Sale system to record orders and handle payments
  • Assist other employees with overall operation, cleanliness, food preparation, and cash control
  • Complete shift paperwork including inventory and waste reporting
  • Uphold company policies on appearance, safety, and customer service
  • Maximize sales by upselling additional products or upgrades
  • Monitor and restock food prep areas to ensure supply throughout shift
