Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must obtain and maintain any required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler's Card as per state regulations

Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and making sure every need is met from start to finish
- Know the menu inside and out including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines to guide guests effectively
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and flawlessly, maintaining accuracy of orders
- Juggle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining smooth service, cleanliness, and composure in high-pressure situations
- Handle transactions precisely, close checks confidently, and adhere to company and security protocols
- Maintain a spotless and safe service area by following hygiene regulations and certification standards
- Stay energized, demonstrating physical stamina by standing, lifting, bending, and moving throughout the shift
