Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in upscale restaurant hotel resort or private club preferred
- Certification in liquor wine and food service including alcohol awareness preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and maintain a professional appearance
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Must meet minimum age requirements and comply with responsible alcohol service standards
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand walk and perform other movements for extended periods

Job Duties
- Always address guests by name observe and respond to requests and ensure service is complete
- Assist servers with presenting menus answering questions and making suggestions about food and beverage service
- Prepare baskets with condiments and sides confirm orders are accurate and presentable and serve to guests with a smile
- Monitor supplies maintain stock and keep kitchen café areas clean and orderly Assist servers in keeping service areas tidy collect and maintain baskets and relay kitchen times to servers management
- Stay informed about the menu drinks specials and unavailable items
- Complete daily weekly checklists and perform other duties as assigned
