Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, resort, or private club preferred
  • Certification in liquor, wine, and food service including alcohol awareness preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Must meet minimum age requirements
  • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, and perform movements for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year experience in upscale restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
  • Certification in liquor, wine, and food service including alcohol awareness preferred
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills
  • Ability to comply with responsible alcohol service standards

Job Duties

  • Address guests by name and respond promptly to requests
  • Assist servers with menu presentation and answer food and beverage questions
  • Prepare condiment baskets and confirm food order accuracy
  • Serve food and beverages to guests with friendliness
  • Monitor supplies and maintain stock in service and kitchen areas
  • Keep dining and service areas clean and orderly
  • Complete daily and weekly operational checklists
