Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in upscale restaurant, hotel, resort, or private club preferred
- Certification in liquor, wine, and food service including alcohol awareness preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Must meet minimum age requirements
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, and perform movements for extended periods
Job Qualifications

- Certification in liquor, wine, and food service including alcohol awareness preferred

- Ability to comply with responsible alcohol service standards
Job Duties
- Address guests by name and respond promptly to requests
- Assist servers with menu presentation and answer food and beverage questions
- Prepare condiment baskets and confirm food order accuracy
- Serve food and beverages to guests with friendliness
- Monitor supplies and maintain stock in service and kitchen areas
- Keep dining and service areas clean and orderly
- Complete daily and weekly operational checklists
