Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in hospitality or related field
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Basic financial literacy

Job Duties

  • Team with Food and Beverage Manager to deliver exceptional guest service
  • Drive Food and Beverage sales through creative promotions and marketing initiatives
  • Inspire and coach team members to maintain high morale and performance
  • Manage cash handling and daily operations to ensure efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and presentation standards
  • Assist with staff scheduling, inventory control, and productivity monitoring
  • Participate in meetings and adapt to new challenges as they arise
