Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in hospitality or related field
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills
- Basic financial literacy

Job Duties
- Team with Food and Beverage Manager to deliver exceptional guest service
- Drive Food and Beverage sales through creative promotions and marketing initiatives
- Inspire and coach team members to maintain high morale and performance
- Manage cash handling and daily operations to ensure efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and presentation standards
- Assist with staff scheduling, inventory control, and productivity monitoring
- Participate in meetings and adapt to new challenges as they arise
