Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
  • demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities
  • competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic

Job Duties

  • manage daily operations by overseeing costs, handling cash transactions accurately, preparing staff schedules, and maintaining inventory

  • develop creative promotional campaigns and ideas to attract more guests and boost sales
  • support training and performance initiatives to help team members grow and contribute to overall business success
