Job Requirements

  • Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience or culinary graduate with at least 1 year experience in hotel or related field
  • Food Handlers Certification required must comply with State requirements
  • Able to work effectively under pressure maintaining composure and evaluating situations quickly
  • Strong communicator who listens actively and effectively conveys ideas and solutions

  • Keep the kitchen spotless and organized meeting sanitation and safety standards
  • Take initiative by anticipating needs and acting before issues arise
  • Manage time wisely to ensure prompt food preparation and service
