Job Requirements
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred
- At least 5 years of progressive experience or culinary graduate with at least 1 year experience in hotel or related field
- Food Handlers Certification required must comply with State requirements
- Able to work effectively under pressure maintaining composure and evaluating situations quickly
- Strong communicator who listens actively and effectively conveys ideas and solutions

- Share information effectively and address concerns professionally with co-workers and guests
- Keep the kitchen spotless and organized meeting sanitation and safety standards
- Take initiative by anticipating needs and acting before issues arise
