Job Duties
- Create exceptional beverages with precision and artistry following standard operating procedures
- Respond to guest requests with urgency and warmth ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain organized work areas and optimize workflow to maximize productivity during peak hours
- Handle cash transactions accurately manage deposits and contribute to revenue growth
- Perform pre and post-shift responsibilities including stocking and ensuring smooth shift transitions
- Represent the hotel with professionalism and enthusiasm maintaining high standards in appearance and interaction
