Job Duties

  • Create exceptional beverages with precision and artistry following standard operating procedures
  • Respond to guest requests with urgency and warmth ensuring satisfaction
  • Maintain organized work areas and optimize workflow to maximize productivity during peak hours
  • Handle cash transactions accurately manage deposits and contribute to revenue growth
  • Perform pre and post-shift responsibilities including stocking and ensuring smooth shift transitions
  • Represent the hotel with professionalism and enthusiasm maintaining high standards in appearance and interaction
