Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job including standing for long periods and lifting loads up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including days, nights, and weekends
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Familiarity with power tools
- Ability to communicate effectively

- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

Job Duties
- Follow best practices for safety
- Communicate in a friendly, professional, and effective manner with customers and co-workers
- Load and unload trucks and trailers
- Transport materials between vehicle and installation site
- Construct, install, and remove multiple styles of tents and other equipment
- Work in a focused, team environment
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
