Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age and eligible to work in the United States
- pass a background check
- be able to stand for the full duration of the shift
- be available to work in a 38-degree cold room when necessary
- must be able to work flexible hours
- must have a good attendance record
- must be able to work around moving parts and wet floors
- must be able to walk, stoop, bend, and stand for entire work shift
- must be able to use fingers and hands to handle equipment
- must have the ability to push in excess of 70 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs
- must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be willing to pay union dues after 60 days
- must be available to work full-time including weekends and holidays
- must be able to complete application and orientation process in English
- must be able to lift 25 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 10 lbs consistently
- bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly
- stand for 8-12 hours a day

Job Duties
- assemble dry goods, beverages and liquor following procedures and assembly diagrams according to established processes
- sort, wrap, and pack airline dry goods, liquor, and equipment into airline carts according to airline specifications
- keep production areas in compliance with sanitation standards set by HACCP, FDA, USDA, and customer requirements
- assure proper management of liquor inventory and documentation
- adapt to additional responsibilities as deemed necessary
