Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license with an unrestricted and clear driving record
- Proof of personal vehicle insurance
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to twenty-five pounds occasionally
- Strong multitasking skills
- Willingness to learn medical terminology and software
- Commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or medical office environment preferred
- Proficiency with computers and multiple software programs
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in Spanish required for specific locations
- Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and check in patients with a friendly and positive attitude
- Capture and enter insurance and patient information accurately
- Scan documents and handle co-pay collections efficiently
- Communicate regularly with clinical, insurance, and billing staff
- Maintain a warm and engaging demeanor with patients and team members
- Operate multiple computer systems including text, email, browsers, and scanners
- Travel to satellite clinics as needed with paid travel time
