- valid food handler certification or food manager certification at time of hire
- ability to operate machinery and equipment
- visual acuity for safety and accuracy
- stand for minimum 3 hours
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently
- ability to lift 3 pounds to shoulder height repetitively
- ability to grasp, finger, and reach
