- 1+ year(s) of experience in high-paced kitchen environment preferred
- knowledge in various cooking ingredients preferred
- familiar with the taste of authentic Korean food preferred

Job Duties
- Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare for service
- prepare a variety of foods including meat, seafood, vegetables, and cold food items
- prepare sauces and garnishes for allocated station
- cover, label, date, and correctly store all food items as per safe food-handling procedures
- inform chef in advance of likely shortages
- prepare dishes to order
- set up sanitizer buckets and towels
- constantly check the equipment on the line to ensure there are no gas leaks
- temperature checks of all reach-in and walk-in coolers
- set up rubber floor mats at station
- tastings with team members
- restock reach-in coolers
- prep lunch boxes for oncoming rushes
- clean line equipment including grill, range, flat top, wipe down rice warmers, clean underneath equipment
- change foiling lining on top of ranges
- clean sinks of food debris and sanitize
- disinfect prep area surfaces
- sweep and mop floors
- empty and wash sanitizer buckets
- other duties as assigned
