- 1+ year(s) of experience in high-paced kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge in various cooking ingredients preferred
- Familiar with the taste of authentic Korean food preferred

Job Duties
- Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare for service
- Prepare a variety of foods including meat, seafood, vegetables, and cold food items
- Prepare sauces and garnishes for allocated station
- Cover, label, date, and correctly store all food items as per safe food-handling procedures
- Inform chef in advance of likely shortages
- Prepare dishes to order
- Set up sanitizer buckets and towels
- Constantly check the equipment on the line to ensure there are no gas leaks
- Temperature checks of all reach-in and walk-in coolers
- Set up rubber floor mats at station
- Tastings with team members
- Restock reach-in coolers
- Prep lunch boxes for oncoming rushes
- Clean line equipment including grill, range, flat top, and wipe down rice warmers
- Clean underneath equipment
- Change foiling lining on top of ranges
- Clean sinks of food debris and sanitize
- Disinfect prep area surfaces
- Sweep and mop floors
- Empty and wash sanitizer buckets
- Other duties as assigned
