Job Duties
- Manage cabin experience strategy on each flight
- Uphold FAA and JetBlue safety standards
- Support guests and crew during all phases of flight using judgment and empathy
- Collaborate effectively with team members in dynamic and unpredictable environments
- Participate in immersive training at JetBlue University covering aviation safety and crisis management
- Deliver service that balances reliability, innovation, and humanity
- Communicate confidently and handle real-time situations professionally
