Job Requirements

  • minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least two years of Part 121 flight attendant experience
  • availability for day shifts and occasional weekend sessions
  • strong understanding of safety compliance and regulatory standards
  • ability to travel locally for in-flight checks and audits
  • effective team collaboration skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of two years of Part 121 flight attendant experience
  • strong knowledge of inflight safety and service standards
  • experience in training or mentorship preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
  • capability to deliver effective classroom and practical instruction

Job Duties

  • facilitate classroom learning sessions
  • conduct hands-on safety drills including evacuations, ditching, and firefighting
  • provide mentorship and constructive feedback to new hires
  • collaborate with operations leadership and safety compliance managers
  • conduct in-flight checks and compliance audits
  • support onboarding and training program development
  • assist new flight attendants in adjusting to airline lifestyle
