Job Requirements
- minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- at least two years of Part 121 flight attendant experience
- availability for day shifts and occasional weekend sessions
- strong understanding of safety compliance and regulatory standards
- ability to travel locally for in-flight checks and audits
- effective team collaboration skills
Job Qualifications
- minimum of two years of Part 121 flight attendant experience
- strong knowledge of inflight safety and service standards
- experience in training or mentorship preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments
- capability to deliver effective classroom and practical instruction
Job Duties
- facilitate classroom learning sessions
- conduct hands-on safety drills including evacuations, ditching, and firefighting
- provide mentorship and constructive feedback to new hires
- collaborate with operations leadership and safety compliance managers
- conduct in-flight checks and compliance audits
- support onboarding and training program development
- assist new flight attendants in adjusting to airline lifestyle
