Job Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in bar and restaurant management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and implement operational procedures
- Strong financial acumen including budget and cost management
- Commitment to high hospitality standards
- Ability to work in person at the San Francisco Marina District location
- Willingness to relocate if necessary
- Accountability and ownership mindset
Job Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of bar and restaurant experience, ideally in high-volume environments
- Strong work ethic and understanding of the commitment required to run a successful operation
- Process- and systems-oriented with ability to build operational structure
- Leadership skills with the ability to lead from the front and uphold standards
- Proven experience in hiring, developing, and retaining staff
- Comfortable owning results and being accountable
- Working knowledge of restaurant financials (P&L) or willingness to learn quickly
Job Duties
- Lead the opening and daily operations of a cocktail-forward restaurant and bar
- Build and maintain clear SOPs, systems, and operational processes
- Recruit, train, and lead management and hourly teams
- Hire and manage a Kitchen Lead/Manager reporting to the GM
- Maintain high standards across service, cocktails, food, cleanliness, and culture
- Oversee labor, COGS, inventory, and overall financial performance
- Work closely with ownership to re-brand and elevate a well-known nightlife corner
- Drive consistent performance toward $4.5M-$5.0M in annual revenue
