Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic food production facilities
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to work in moderate to high noise environments and temperature variations
- Willingness to stand, bend and lift during shifts
Job Qualifications
- Must be able to read, speak and write English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be accurate, organized, thorough, with attention to detail
- Understanding of Airline SITA telexes
- Strong mathematical skills
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees
Job Duties
- Pick up flight schedules from dispatch
- Collect final information including flight number, aircraft type, configuration, and service type
- Locate flights and pack specific items on meal carts
- Add and check ice cream, condiments, hot entrées, special meals, and crew provisions
- Check flight completion and temperature before finalizing
- Identify discrepancies and inform supervisor
- Communicate any problems with flights to dispatch
- Perform additional duties as needed
