- Strong mathematical skills

Job Duties
- Pick up flight schedules from dispatch
- Collect final flight information including flight number, aircraft type, configuration, and type of service
- Locate flights and finalize or pack specific items on meal carts
- Add and check ice cream, condiments, hot entrée, special meals, crew meals, and temperature
- Identify discrepancies and inform supervisor
- Ensure all missing items are placed on the flight
- Communicate any flight-related problems to dispatch
- Perform additional duties as needed
