Job Requirements

  • minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 3 years experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • demonstrated leadership skills in cabin crew management
  • fluency in English and Mandarin is a significant advantage
  • ability to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
  • flexibility to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • successful completion of Air China’s Cabin Senior/Leadership training program in Beijing

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
  • proven leadership experience such as acting as a purser or in a senior cabin crew role
  • fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage emergency situations calmly and effectively
  • knowledge of international aviation safety regulations
  • certification as a flight attendant meeting all standard qualifications

Job Duties

  • manage the cabin crew during flights
  • ensure all safety procedures are strictly followed
  • oversee premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
  • lead pre-flight briefings and coordinate crew performance
  • act as primary point of contact for escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
  • ensure compliance with airline policies and regulatory standards
  • maintain seamless communication with flight deck and ground operations
