Job Requirements
- minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 3 years experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- demonstrated leadership skills in cabin crew management
- fluency in English and Mandarin is a significant advantage
- ability to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- flexibility to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- successful completion of Air China’s Cabin Senior/Leadership training program in Beijing
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- proven leadership experience such as acting as a purser or in a senior cabin crew role
- fluency in English and Mandarin is highly preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage emergency situations calmly and effectively
- knowledge of international aviation safety regulations
- certification as a flight attendant meeting all standard qualifications
Job Duties
- manage the cabin crew during flights
- ensure all safety procedures are strictly followed
- oversee premium 'Forbidden Pavilion' First Class service
- lead pre-flight briefings and coordinate crew performance
- act as primary point of contact for escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- ensure compliance with airline policies and regulatory standards
- maintain seamless communication with flight deck and ground operations
