Job Requirements
- Pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- Meet all standard flight attendant qualifications
- Successfully complete Air China's paid Cabin Senior/Leadership training in Beijing
- Full flexibility for variable rosters and on-call shifts
- Ability to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills
- Willingness to adhere to airline safety and operational policies
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of flying experience as a flight attendant with a major international airline
- Proven leadership experience in a senior cabin crew role such as purser
- Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
- Ability to manage diverse teams effectively
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Completion of all standard flight attendant qualifications
Job Duties
- Manage the cabin crew during long-haul international flights
- Ensure all safety procedures are strictly followed
- Oversee premium service in the Forbidden Pavilion First Class section
- Conduct pre-flight briefings for the crew
- Handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- Manage crew performance and training feedback
- Serve as the primary onboard leadership contact
