Job Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Valid right to work in the UK
  • Good health and fitness to meet job demands
  • Able to swim unaided
  • Commitment to completing paid training at British Airways Global Learning Academy
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Height between 157 cm and 190 cm for safety requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols advantageous
  • Fluency in English

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights

  • Conduct safety demonstrations and emergency procedures effectively

  • Manage and respond to passenger queries and concerns professionally
  • Maintain high standards of cabin presentation and hygiene
