Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience supporting events or working in team settings preferred
- ability to work 1-3 days per month
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- reliable transportation
- availability during scheduled event days

Job Duties
- support program leaders and program specialists during event days
- set up event equipment
- tear down event equipment
- ensure event readiness for students, staff, and attendees
- engage students, parents, and faculty with enthusiasm
- maintain a positive and organized event environment
- contribute to overall event success
