Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in H-E-B store operations
- Completion of company orientation and safety training
- Knowledge of computer systems including Symbol, ACR, and label machines
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Verbal, written communication and reading skills
- Ability to adapt and perform duties across multiple departments
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to function in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting and moving products depending on the department

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answer customer questions regarding products
- Take orders and assist with product selection
- Use suggestive selling techniques to meet customer needs and build sales
- Work flexible schedules across multiple departments
- Perform stocking, replenishment, product returns, and rotation
- Build, stock, and maintain displays and fixtures
- Assist with inventory control and product handling
- Operate equipment and maintain sanitation standards
- Comply with store and department SOPs, policies, and laws
- Work as a checker when not performing cross-functional duties
