Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of experience in customer service or sales
- must be 21 years or older
- eligible to manage Virginia ABC regulations
- able to stand for long periods
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- experience with POS systems preferred

Job Duties
- greet and assist customers with product and service inquiries
- recommend and upsell haircare products suited to client needs
- operate POS system efficiently and accurately
- maintain tidiness and organization of sales floor and product displays
- manage transactions including cash handling and card processing
- deliver exceptional customer service that fosters client loyalty
- participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills
